Richard Bruce Cheney was born in Lincoln Nebraska on January 30 1941 the father of Richard Herbert Cheney and the former Marjorie Lauraine Dickey. When he was 13 years old Richard and his family relocated from Nebraska to Casper which was where his dad worked as director of the U.S. Department of Agriculture local soil conservation district.
