Markie Post (born March 29 1959) is an American actress who is best known for Christine Sullivan, a public defender in NBCs Night Court. Terri Michaels, a bail bondwoman on ABCs show The Fall Guy. Georgie Anne Lahti Hartman plays the role in CBSs Hearts Afire. Markie has appeared as an actress on numerous games shows. The daughter of poet Marylee Post and scientist Richard F. Post she was raised with two of her brothers at Walnut Creek. Las Lomas High School in Los Angeles was her high school that she chose to attend. She participated as a cheerleader. She briefly studied at Pomona College before graduating from Lewis & Clark College. Post was previously married to Stephen Knox. In 1982 she was married to writer/actor Michael A. Ross with who they have two children. Post's work as wife, mother and actress is admired by many Hollywood famous people. Her first roles as an actress included an episode in the 1980s of Barnaby Jones that was the pilot episode of Simon & Simon Details At Elevenin 1981, the first episode of the show's second season in 1982 and The A-Team. Post also played characters in The Only Church of Townin 1983, Hot Stylesin 84 & The Love Boat.
